Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
You’ll need to include your order number, or if it was a gift, the name and email of the person who placed the order.
We do not accept in store returns for online purchases.

At Maynooth Jewellers, we want your special purchases to arrive safely and in perfect condition. All orders are delivered through An Post or DPD.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) and delivered within 5–7 working days.
Pick up is usually ready next working day, please allow up to 5 working days.
In some cases, if an item needs to be ordered directly from our suppliers and we’re unable to meet the usual delivery timeframe, we’ll contact you promptly to update you on the expected delivery date.
